William Brown is a culinary illustrator and chef . A graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, Brown has spent his career split between the kitchen and studio. Based out of Dallas, Brown has collaborated with chefs, restaurateurs , and culinary organizations around the country to showcase his works, most of which stem from his collection of sketchbooks that he travels the globe with. Currently, his work can be viewed at the Signature Kitchen Suite Experience and Design Center in Napa, California, and Knife Restaurant in Plano, Texas.

His work has also made it into the kitchens and offices of Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana, Daniel Humm and Will Guidara of Eleven Madison Park, Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin, Thomas Keller of Per Se and the French Laundry, and USHG’s Gramercy Tavern & The Modern.
